IT Supervisor

• Oversee and maintain server, storage, data backup and disaster recovery center

• Manage company IT asset such as computers, servers, printer and networking devices.

• Handle incident and user request against company internal business application

• Analyze and investigate minor & major problem on business application, mitigate and apply for permanent solution

• Manage change request throughout its lifecycle (planning, CAB Evaluation, implementation, UAT, release, review, closing)

• Manage project task, milestone and periodically report their status

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/IS

• 5 years experience in IT role

• Experience in MS Dynamics NAV / BC ERP, WMS, HRIS, and IT ServiceDesk application

• Experience in edge network infrastructure, server (on-premise / cloud), data backup and disaster recovery

• Experience in Windows Server environment (Active Directory, DNS, Printer Server)

• Understanding programming such as PHP, Python, C/AL, and AL will be an advantage

• Possess network and infrastructure, or cloud server certification will be an advantage

• Actively communicate in English
