Job Responsibilities:
• Resolving hardware and software issues
• Monitoring and maintaining Infrastructure & Network systems
• Setting up new devices and software
• Providing guidance on system usage
• Performing updates and system maintenance
• Handling technical incidents promptly
• Delivering excellent service and effective communication
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting
• Prior experience in IT support or a related role is often preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Have your own vehicle
• Have your own cell phone
