There will be an English test and a technical test.

We will prioritize candidates who submit early and meet the qualifications to proceed to the interview stage.


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot desktop and system issues
  • Provide help desk and user support
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor system performance
  • Collaborate across teams to improve IT workflows

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/D4 degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in tracking platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Familiar with CRM platforms and their integration into analytics workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Fluent in professional English (TOEFL/TOEIC/EF SET minimum C1 Level)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
