IT Support Engineer Intern

IT Support Engineer Intern will assist in the ZALORA daily operation on maintaining computer, mobile, and network devices. IT department is the most critical pillar to ensure ZALORA can be smoothly operated to fulfil customer purchases from a few regions.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, mobile phones, printers and scanners.
• Replace/repair computer hardware down to component level (e.g. Replacing laptop LCD screen, CPU fan, ribbon connectors, speaker and more).
• Responding in a timely manner to service users' issues and requests.
• Perform bi-weekly rounding duty on all computer stations to ensure everything is in working condition.
• Assist the IT Infra Support team in various IT projects, such as testing new technology on hardware and software.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• In the process of completing a bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Interest in working for an eCommerce industry.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Knowledge and/or experience with a variety of computer hardware and software systems.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personalities.
• Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
