IWS & Performance Project Intern

About The Job

Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is looking for IWS & Performance Project Intern who will be responsible in support key initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and digital transformation within the organization. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in internal communication, performance reporting, and digital tool development.

About You

• Active students in 7th semester from engineering major
• Understanding of basic project planning, execution, and monitoring principles
• Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation is a plus
• Capable of delivering clear, engaging, and structured presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication
