Jewelry Consultant

Position Overview:

A Jewelry Consultant is responsible for providing personalized assistance to customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items. They possess in-depth knowledge of various types of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and design elements to offer expert advice and create memorable shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their preferences and needs.
• Actively listen to customer stories and requirements to provide tailored recommendations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; jewelry-related education or certification is a plus.
• Ability to speak Hokkien fluently is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• In-depth knowledge of jewelry materials, gemstones, metals, and design principles.
