We're seeking a Purchasing Staff to manage the procurement of non-product goods and services in line with company needs. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have strong vendor relationship skills, this role is for you!
What Youll Do
- Manage the purchasing process for non-product goods and services, including business trip tickets.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and quality.
- Prepare Air Waybill (AWB) for jewelry shipments.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure non-product needs are met.
- Analyze and evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Create and process purchasing orders (PO), ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation for all purchases according to company guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per specifications.
- Provide periodic purchasing reports to your supervisor.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, or relevant field.
- 1+ years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes.
- High attention to detail and excellent vendor relations.
- Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
