We're looking for a Brand Manager who's passionate about brand strategy, market trends, and delivering top-tier branding experiences. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have a strong background in luxury, and a keen eye for premium branding, this role is for you!

What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute brand strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Brand.
• Monitor brand performance, conduct market research, and analyze luxury industry trends.
• Coordinate branding initiatives with internal teams (Marketing Communications, Events & PR, Visual Merchandising, Partnerships).
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, corporate clients, vendors, malls, and external collaborators for branding activations.
• Ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content align with Passion Jewelrys brand guidelines.
• Oversee boutique branding activities, in-store customer experience, and marketing display needs.
• Lead the Brand team to achieve KPIs and manage routine reporting and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams (Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Production) for branding execution and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain boutique experience and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
  
  
  

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, or PR within the luxury industry, hospitality (5-star hotels & resorts), high-end fashion, fine dining establishments, premium beauty & skincare, or luxury automotive.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, luxury market positioning, and customer experience management.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written & spoken).
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems is a plus.
• Passion for luxury lifestyle, high aesthetic standards, and trend awareness in luxury retail.
