Job Brief

The Junior Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns that promote the growth and visibility of the company and clients. You will be in charge of utilizing the latest marketing tools and strategies, including PPC, SEM, email, social media ads, and display advertising, to drive traffic and improve the company's and client’s online presence.

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Religious Holiday

Responsibilities

1. Analyze trends and insights using data and analytics.
2. Inform marketing strategies based on target audience behavior.
3. Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility di platform Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and more for our clients.
4. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
5. Ensure marketing budgets deliver measurable results.
6. Conduct trials and tests to improve conversion rates.
7. Provide regular internal and external reports.
8. Summarize key performance indicators and actionable insights.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
10. Implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
11. Reporting to Senior, Supervisor +1, and clients.

Requirements:

1. Min. 24 years old, Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
2. 2 years of digital advertising experience.
3. Strong understanding of Performance Marketing platforms.
4. Proficient in English and Bahasa.
5. Skilled in data analysis tools.
6. Strong project management skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines.
7. Prior agency experience, especially in managing multiple clients concurrently, is strongly preferred.
8. Candidates must be based in Bali or within a comparable location.
9. Have working tools such as Laptop and Handphone.
