Job Description:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the branch’s targets
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing any issues
• Ensuring efficiency, adherence to company policies, and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Regular performance reviews, constructive feedback, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment are essential components of effective team management.
• Leading and mentoring the branch team, which includes sales staff, service personnel, and administrative support
• Conduct market research, develop marketing campaigns, and adapt business strategies based on market conditions and customer needs.
• Responsible for financial management, including budgeting, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.

Is this you?

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Preferred have 5 years experience in Automotive industry, especially in 2W as Branch Manager or Sales Manager from automotive or two-wheeler industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent communication, integrity, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
