We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager (KAM) - Industrial & Bakery to accelerate market penetration and drive volume growth. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a strong background in industrial markets, distributor management, and a solid network within Industrial & Bakery Accounts.

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager (KAM) - Industrial & Bakery to accelerate market penetration and drive volume growth. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a strong background in industrial markets, distributor management, and a solid network within Industrial & Bakery Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive volume growth in the Industrial & Bakery market.
- Manage and expand relationships with industrial and bakery clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and business sustainability.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Oversee distributor management and Food Service operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align business goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales handling Industrial or Bakery Channels.
- Strong experience in distributor management and Food Service operations.
- Excellent networking skills within Industrial or Bakery Accounts.
- Fluency in both local language and English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
