Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Observes and monitors children’s development
• Assess students to evaluate their abilities, strengths and weaknesses
• Conducts assessment at the times scheduled
• Prepares teaching materials
• Prepares lesson plan
• Able to design teaching plan and using activities to motivate children
• Provides safe, responsive, stimulating environment for children on their learning process
• Maintains good relationship with children and parents

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in English Literature or Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Early Childhood Education as a kindergarten teacher.
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Located near Alam Sutera - Tangerang
• Good command of English in both oral and written
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a team or independently
• Good team work
• Adequate computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Dedicated and passionate in teaching young children
• Creative and innovative
• Warm, caring and cheerful disposition
