Program Background Prospera is a A$259 million eight-year program building on two decades of Australia’s support for economic governance in Indonesia. Prospera incorporates 15 Australian Government agencies and over 150 expert advisers and program staff from diverse backgrounds. Prospera also collaborates closely with the Katalis program to realise the benefits of the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement
Prospera’s goal is to contribute to strong, sustainable, and inclusive economic growth in Indonesia through three breakthrough outcomes:

• Expanding markets creating jobs: Building a robust private sector that creates more high value jobs.

The Role The position will help implement the delivery of Prospera’s Knowledge, Performance and Learning system, including by organising and maintaining systematic records across teams, ensuring document version control and gathering evidence of progress towards end of program outcomes. The position will also analyse, and present documentary data and analysis to identify any gaps or missing information, using cutting-edge digital tools including artificial intelligence and work across the facility engaging with all Prospera teams to build a knowledge repository This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to and understand Indonesia’s economic transformation over 2018-2026 and build an appreciation of Indonesia’s economic context and government systems and priorities

About You It is expected that the position will meet the following qualifications:

• Tertiary education in information management, knowledge management, library science, data management or related areas.
• A minimum of three to five years professional experience in knowledge or information management with proficiency in using digital file management systems.
• Ability to conduct or provide feedback on document classification and management. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in document management and evidence gathering.
• Essential technical skills: Database management, high-level Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills. Background in economics or public policy an advantage (especially an understating of Indonesian government priorities in the macroeconomic, financial policy, trade, budget, revenue or fiscal reform space).
• Desired technical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and exposure to artificial intelligence-driven tools to enhance workflows and improve knowledge management practices. The ideal candidate should demonstrate an interest in applying such technologies to drive efficiency and innovation in their work.
• Excellent written communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal), including presentation skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work effectively with various teams to promote knowledge management and information sharing for dual learning and performance purposes.

Remuneration
The remuneration will be set according to Prospera’s National Remuneration Framework Group C, Job Level 1. The remuneration level at which the position is engaged will be based on the successful candidates’ relevant skills and experience and will be subject to Indonesian employment regulations and tax obligations. This position is a long-term position, open for National Indonesian applicants
