L2 Support

• Responsible for analyzing the issues and support L1 team, support as L2 and provide inputs to developer's team
• Accountable for email responses/Jira/Service now tickets to the client's/internal team
• Should be able to work on reports with accuracy and follow the SOP's which technical leads instructions
• Ownership Resolutions of Problems Issues Defects Ticket until
• Assign the Incident to relevant L3 teams with analysis details, Impacted places, Resolution details for code/data fix.
• Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets to Leads
• Should be flexible to work in-shifts, extend the work for closure and weekends if required need to travel inside Jakarta
• Regular monitoring on the application

• Strong knowledge in SQL, to analyze the store procedures and should be able to identify the bugs in stored procedures and fix it. Also add on knowledge in SSRS and .net
• Understanding on Android and understanding logs.
• Reproducing the Application issues (web/masters/mobile) and debug
• Data maintenance
• Excellent English and Bahasa Communication skills Oral & Written
