Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective laboratory operations process in BINUS @Medan Campus
  • Responsible for the effectiveness of network coverage, system and database application for laboratory operation
  • Responsible for maintenance, allocation, and security of Laboratory Center facilities in order to support operational activities (e.g. lab assistant, network, software, server, equipment, material, etc)
  • Ensure quality service for all laboratory facilities to support operational activities in BINUS @Medan Campus
  • Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  • Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science related studies
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in senior staff or supervisory position or 7 years working experience in related area
