About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support our client’s business growth by driving qualified leads through WhatsApp Marketing, Email Outreach, Cold Calling, and CRM management. You will be the first touchpoint for prospects, nurturing interest and setting up appointments for the sales team.
This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys outreach, building relationships, and working with digital prospecting tools.
Responsibilities
WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute targeted WhatsApp outreach campaigns using marketing tools
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and convert into appointments
- Maintain professional and engaging communication
Email Marketing
- Manage cold email campaigns using Brevo, MailChimp
- Personalize outreach, monitor open/reply rates, and optimize campaigns weekly
- Improve email deliverability and conversion rates
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls via phone, Zoom, or Skype to F&B owners, property agents, and other prospects
- Introduce services and qualify potential leads
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
Lead Tracking & CRM
- Maintain and update CRM (Google Sheets) with progress, notes, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely communication and no lead is lost in the process
Data Sourcing & Prospecting
- Use LinkedIn scraping tools, Google Maps Extractor, SFA databases, and other platforms to build targeted lead lists
- Verify and clean email lists using tools like EmailListVerify
- Develop and maintain a referral network of agents and partners
Qualifications
- Proven experience in WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, and Cold Calling
- Proficiency with tools: Apollo.io, Brevo, MailChimp, Sasha (Mobile2b), Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp Business API
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Google Sheets or similar)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills across WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Comfortable with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Scraper, Google Maps Extractor, Skrapper)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
