- Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix, including digital channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, content marketing) and offline initiatives (events, trade shows, workshops, print advertising, PR).
- Brand Management: Plan and supervise strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all online and offline platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns, using both digital analytics and traditional metrics. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize for ROI.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
- Content & Collateral: Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing collateral for various channels, including websites, social media, brochures, presentations, and event materials.
- Team Leadership: Guide and collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of comprehensive marketing experience, with a strong track record in both digital and traditional (offline) marketing.
- Proven expertise in developing integrated marketing strategies that combine online channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email) and offline tactics (events, public relations, partnerships, print media).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console) and experience with campaign performance reporting and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities for a wide range of marketing materials and audiences.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of B2B lead generation, sales funnels, and conversion optimization strategies across multiple channels.
