We are looking for a Lead Reverse Ops Supply Chain who will be based in Surabaya.

Your ‘day To Day’

• Ensure availability of inflow as per forecast to support market's requirements
• Manage process governance and compliance
• Lead the coordination of fulfillment process for both inbound UEEE shipments and outbound shipments
• Lead the overall planning and communication with Market Planning on all reworks requirements of the markets
• Lead the Reverse Supply Chain Team as the SPOC for key initiatives & projects
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of critical reporting requirements
• Supporting markets on packaging requirements for device inflow
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply planning
• Experience in people management, project management and cross-functional team management, people communication and project teams is a plus
• Experience in managing a third-party vendor and/or manufacturer is a plus
• Good and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in using Excel and Power Point
• Data analytics and reporting
• Can work independently and flexibly
