Learning And Development Specialist

What Will You Do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Learning and Engagement Specialist. In general, you need to work together with People Development department in order to designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance employee learning, development, and engagement. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs that address organizational and employee needs.
• Assess training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate workshops, e-learning modules, and other training formats.
• Partner with department leaders to create role-specific and leadership development opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
• Create and support initiatives that promote a positive work culture, including team-building activities and recognition programs.

Requirement

sIn order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are

• :Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• .2+ years of experience in learning, development, or employee engagement roles
• .Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and engagement strategies
• .Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• .Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other HR tools
• .Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams
• .Having fluent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
