Job Descriptions:
- Conduct marketing, canvassing, site presentations, and site tours for prospective retailers/shopping center tenants.
- Monitor and ensure lease processes are completed within the specified timeline.
- Facilitate the rental of exhibition halls and exhibition areas.
- Organize and manage events in the exhibition hall.
- Create events and promotional activities to attract crowds to designated shophouses/kiosks.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the leasing field, preferably in Property Management, Retail, or Shopping Centers.
- Communicative, attractive, target oriented and have wide network.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
