Lease Staff - ITC BSD

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor the validity period of the lease according to the agreement, surveying areas that can be used as commercial land
  
• Prepare complete leasing documents according to the requirements required in the leasing agreement with the tenant/customer and in accordance with the applicable SOP.
• Carry out commercial area marketing activities (common area, promotional media, kios rental)

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree any major
  
• Minimum 2 year of working experience as Lease Staff in shopping center/retail industry
• Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure
• Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
