Responsibilities

  • Handle legal matters related to corporate, employment, and entertainment law
  • Draft & review contracts (MoUs, talent agreements, partnerships, leases, etc.)
  • Tackle employee-related legal issues: from contracts to conflict resolution
  • Work with notaries, government bodies (hello BKPM ), and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure we’re always on the right side of Indonesian law (UU PT, Cipta Kerja, etc.)
  • Support with OSS system & licensing processes
  • Keep our internal policies sharp, up-to-date, and legally sound
  • Provide clear, actionable legal advice to internal teams & talents
  • Occasionally represent the company in legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research & share best practices
  • Educate and guide the team on legal stuff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) is a plus.
  • Min of 2 years of experience working in a reputable law firm, with a focus on corporate law.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Company Law (UU PT and Cipta Kerja) and familiarity with the OSS system and Ministry of Investment (BKPM) regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
