Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all legal matters related to the company's operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide legal support in areas such as contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
• Lead litigation management, handling disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Support mergers and acquisitions processes, including due diligence and legal documentation.
• Ensure corporate governance and regulatory affairs are managed in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and provide timely legal advice.
• Develop and implement compliance management strategies to mitigate legal risks within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Legal Manager role, preferably within an industrial estate environment.
• Licensed by PERADI (Indonesian Bar Association).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in handling contracts, litigation, and corporate governance.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal requirements for industrial estates and multinational manufacturing company.
• Experience in managing mergers and acquisitions.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang.
