As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, ensuring that our operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the business with sound legal advice.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Law; additional certifications or a master’s degree in law is a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with experience in corporate law or in-house counsel.
• Possess strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Have experience reviewing and drafting various legal documents and agreements.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to ethics, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect company interests.
• Ensure all business activities comply with laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align legal support with business goals.
• Maintain records of legal matters and support in managing external legal resources as needed.
