Job Descriptions
- Provide strategic legal advice to the business team, focusing particularly on employment matters, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and mitigate legal risks
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements or legal documents related to various business activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
- Conduct legal research on a wide range of matters, including laws, regulations, and precedents, to support informed decision-making and ensure legal compliance across the organization
- Independently or collaboratively settle disputes, both non-litigation and litigation matters, with external lawyers, aiming to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing legal costs and risks
- Collaborate closely with the Industrial Relations team to provide advice, support, and guidance on employee and industrial relations matters, including handling cases and addressing day-to-day activities
- Act as the enforcer of internal policies and company regulations within the holding and subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application and adherence to legal and regulatory standards throughout the organization.
- Bachelor degree of Law from reputable university
- At least 1 year experience in the related field but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experience or familiarity working with dispute/fraud cases and industrial relation cases will be advantageous
- Having PKPA Certification or already passed the Advocate Bar Exam
- Good knowledge of digital transformation technologies and their impact
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work and meet the deadlines
- Able to work remotely and/or going out of office to the law enforcement bodies
- Experienced on review and drafting agreements and basic legal conduct
