Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as agreements, MoUs, and company policies
  • Ensure the company complies with laws and regulations (corporate, labor, licensing, etc.)
  • Liaise with external legal consultants, notaries, and government institutions
  • Monitor and manage company legal documents and permits (e.g., NIB, OSS, BPOM, HAKI, etc.)
  • Provide legal advice to internal departments when needed
  • Support dispute resolution and handle basic legal investigations
  • Maintain and update legal databases and documentation filing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate legal
  • Strong understanding of corporate and business law, labor law, and licensing
  • Excellent legal writing and document review skills
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Familiar with government legal systems (e.g., OSS, DJKI, BPOM) is a plus
