Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify company training needs.
  • Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
  • Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
  • Prepare learning materials for programs.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.

Requirements

  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite, including Word, Excel/G-Sheet, and PowerPoint/G-Slide
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to grow business
  • Passion for helping agents thrive
  • Experience or fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Have high discipline, ownership spirit, ability to find an out-of-the-box idea and do new ways to make daily operations more energetic, motivated, and have a sense of entertainment
