Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Litigation Asset Recovery bertanggung jawab menangani kontrak dan permasalahan hukum, baik di dalam maupun di luar pengadilan, sesuai dengan penugasan dari pemilik bucket/HO. Tujuan utama dari tugas ini adalah untuk memulihkan aset (recovery) dan melindungi kepentingan hukum BFI Finance dari tuntutan debitur atau pihak ketiga dalam jangka waktu satu bulan.


Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan Minimal S1 Hukum
  2. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM A/C Aktif
  3. Sudah lulus ujian PKPA
  4. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
  5. Penempatan: Malang.
