Job responsibilities

• Coordinate the streaming team to ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast.
• Ensure smooth live broadcast and resolve emergencies in a timely manner.
• Develop live content planning and themes based on company goals, market trends and user needs.
• Research industry trends, innovate live broadcast formats, maintain content updates and diversity, and enhance user stickiness and participation.
• Coordinate live stream schedules, venues, equipment, and personnel to ensure smooth execution of each session.
• Respond to public relations crises promptly and protect brand image.
• Monitor and analyze key live broadcast metrics in real time, such as viewership, engagement and sales conversion rates.
• Adjust content and strategies based on data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the live streams and improve user satisfaction.
• Regularly report live broadcast data, results and improvement plans to superiors.
• Regularly evaluate anchor performance, provide feedback and guidance, and promote their development.
• Train new employees, improve the overall professional level of the team, and guide team members in enhancing their live streaming skills.

Job requirements

• Minimum High School education.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• At least 1 year experience as live streaming operation (must).
• Have experience operated multiple live rooms before.
• Good communication, coordination and team management skills, able to effectively promote cooperation to achieve company goals.
• Solid data analysis skills, able to independently interpret and optimize operational data.
• Familiar with the backend operations of live broadcast platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc. and able to efficiently manage live broadcasts.
• Willing to be located in Serang, Banten.
