Logistic Administration Coordinator

We are looking for Logistic Administration Coordinator to support the logistics departement by coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing accurate documentation and reporting for logistics activities.
Your responsibilities

• Ensure that customer orders are prepared by warehouse personnel and properly recorded.
• Monitor all customer orders in the inventory system and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure that all requests from other departments to the logistics department are followed up by logistics personnel.
• Assist warehouse personnel with administrative tasks such as leave, travel permits, over time, and expense claims.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports for warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to logistics administration.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for warehouse documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with audit requirements.
• Assist the Logistics Manager with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and following up on operational issues.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
