• Co-ordinate importation processes with customs broker and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors/customers
• Work with Regulatory Department to ensure timeliness of renewals or registration, to achieve timely delivery of shipments to distributors/customers
• Perform Goods Receipt & Goods Issue transaction in ERP System and align the data with WMS
• Print invoice (Sales Tax invoice/Local Invoice etc) and send to distributors/ customers
• Co-ordinate re-export for return as required
• Collect, collate, validate, analyses and report on shipment and clearance status, FF performances, Freight & Duty and costing to relevant parties (like supply chain, business and finance, etc.)
• Co-ordinate shipments and schedules with Regional Distribution Center and BD Indonesia warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors/customers
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse
• To provide logistical assistance to all parties regarding audit and related logistics reports and advisory
• Continuously review processes and costs to ensure optimal service level and costs are achieved
