Logistics Assistant

With its main trading base in Geneva, Sucafina sources coffee, often directly from farmers, to provide its partners with sustainable value across the global supply chain.

• Monitor warehouse loading and unloading operations
• Update daily logistics status (import/export/domestic) in the system
• Support document preparation and verification
• Create sample labels and coordinate courier arrangements
• Generate logistics and trading reports as needed
• Prior experience is not required; however, related experience is highly preferred
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
