Responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Collaborate with Business Product Owners to define and refine product strategy and long-term product vision aligned with business goals.


2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with internal SBU/SFU teams and external partners to gather and align on product requirements.
  • Ensure every solution enhances Customer Experience and Customer Journey across touchpoints.


3. Prioritization & Planning

  • Translate product strategy and vision into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
  • Monitor and ensure optimal resource availability and allocation to meet project timelines.


4. Product Lifecycle Management

  • Define and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through deployment and ongoing support.
  • Oversee the delivery and deployment schedule, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.


Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong background in logistics and/or supply chain operations is a must ideally with experience in managing digital products or transformation initiatives within the logistics sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational needs into digital product solutions
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user-centered design principles is an advantage.
