Qualifications & experience
- Candidates must hold at least an associate degree (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Automation Engineering
- Have min. 1 year experience in maintenance engineering at manufacturing industry.
- Preferably specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities, Machinery, Electric, Utility) or equivalent.
- Proficient in using Autocad, Solidwork, 2D/3D modeling in daily work.
- Willing to be placed in Krian, Sidoarjo.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensuring that production line machines have fewer breakdowns, downtime and defects to keep the process running smoothly and continuously to avoid loss of productivity.
- Maintaining the machines by troubleshooting, repairing, and planning its predictive, preventive, and periodic maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Be able for drawing a mechanical design in order to improve and/or modify the machine by using CAD, AutoCAD or other related programs
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance report.
