- Merupakan lulusan minimal D3 jurusan Teknik Mesin
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan perencanaan yang baik
- Mampu memimpin tim, bertanggung jawab dan kemampuan koordinasi yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Nanga Silat, Kalimantan Barat
- Melakukan supervisi program Over Haul kendaraan
- Melakukan pembuatan report secara berkala
- Menganalisis, merancang dan melaksanakan inovasi saving cost
- Memberikan bimbingan kepada mekanik
