Monitor, maintain, implement documentation, and manage the Accreditation Quality Assurance Team’s management system in accordance with the required standards, while also assisting employees within the company in implementing the management system to meet the required standards as part of the Accreditation Quality Assurance Team.

Monitor, maintain, implement documentation, and manage the Accreditation Quality Assurance Team’s management system in accordance with the required standards, while also assisting employees within the company in implementing the management system to meet the required standards as part of the Accreditation Quality Assurance Team.
Responsibilities
- Implement programs in line with the objectives and targets of the quality management program to be applied across all departments.
- Manage documents such as systems/procedures/regulations to assist in document management across all departments.
- Prepare data and information required for the quality program from each department.
- Document the implementation process of the quality management program.
- Record the distribution of documents across the company.
- Document the Management of Change process within the company system in accordance with the specified regulations.
- Support the training process related to quality management for all employees within the company.
- Document the evaluation process of the quality management program.
- Support audit activities related to quality management to ensure smooth implementation.
- Record corrective and preventive action lists related to MK3L in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Collect data and prepare reports needed for the development of reports related to quality management.
- Support the achievement of the performance goals of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Department.
- Possess knowledge of the MK3L System.
- Possess knowledge of the Integrated ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Possess knowledge of Document Control and Business Process Mapping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Visio or other flowchart-making tools.

- Field of Study:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Related fields that are relevant, especially in technical, scientific, and industrial sectors.
