At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion.

Job Description
A career within External Audit services – Remote Team Member, will provide you with the opportunity to virtually provide a range of Assurance services and business advice to a variety of clients from small, fast-growing clients to large entities. Our clients are often well-known brands, and many have broad international reach. We focus on using the latest technology to reduce the level of manual testing ensuring you’ll focus on the most valuable areas of client service and on enhancing corporate governance and the reliability of our clients’ information.

Your responsibility:

• Act as a support for Assurance team to perform services and provide deliverables in based on request and instruction from audit engagement team.
• Liaise with the audit engagement team on a regular basis to understand the delivery timetable, discuss issues and client service expectations.
• Perform time/project management for assigned tasks and manage deadlines.
• Contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members.
