What You Will Do :
- Develop and lead the execution of a risk-based annual Internal Audit plan, ensuring compliance with IIA standards and relevant regulations.
- Oversee audit activities, including risk assessments, methodologies, and timely follow-up on audit findings.
- Provide clear audit observations and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Drive data analytics initiatives to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies, supporting audit-related submissions and special investigations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the internal audit team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional ethics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master's preferred).
- At least 7 years audit experienced with some of them in Audit Firm.
- Proficient with US SOX and J-SOX compliance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge with COSO, ICOFR, risk management, corporate governance, compliance and forensic audit.
- Good in strategic thinking and data analytics.
- Professional proficiency in English language.
- Wiling to work on site on Cikarang.
