- Mengembangkan, mengelola dan mengoptimalkan aspek operasional divisi terkait
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap proses pembelajaran
- Memastikan kinerja tutor/pengajar sesuai dengan standar perusahaan
- Meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan pelayanan
- Berpartisipasi dalam perencanaan strategis untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan
- Minimal S1 bidang Pendidikan, Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis atau jurusan lain yang terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman yang relevan minimal 3 tahun
- Komunikatif dan Proaktif
- Tanggung jawab terhadap target tim
