Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Oversee daily refinery activities to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly, and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Ensure all operations follow safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead and manage the refinery team, providing training and support as needed.
• Evaluate staff performance and ensure the team is operating efficiently.
• Manage the refinery’s budget and control costs.
• Monitor spending and identify areas for cost savings.
• Keep senior management informed of refinery performance.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  
  

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Min. 10+ years in refinery operations, with 5+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of refining processes.
• Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
