  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve established targets
  • Manage the performance of sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and coordinate with sales and sales support teams
  • Maintain good relationships with merchants to improve satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management and provide strategic recommendations based on regional performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, with 3 years in a team leadership role
  • Strong understanding or hands-on experience in selling Point of Sale (mobile/web) Application
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace for preparing reports, presentations, and branch planning
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Comfortable working with targets and in a dynamic environment
