What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the food ingredients or Horeca sectors
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to develop relationships with customers at all levels
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data effectively
A proactive approach with a passion for driving results
