Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan, including budget, schedule, and required resources.
• Budget Management: Oversee project expenditures to ensure costs remain within the established budget.
• Team Coordination: Manage the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Construction Supervision: Ensure that work is carried out according to specified standards and requirements.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections at all stages of construction to ensure the final result meets expected standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks that may arise during the project and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Problem Resolution: Address issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process to keep the project on track.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on project progress, budget status, and encountered issues.

Qualifications:

• Age 25-39 years, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction management.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
