Mandarin Content & Curriculum Developer

What Will You Do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Mandarin Content & Curriculum Developer. In general, you need to work together with Education department in order to ensure the quality of education contents. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role.

• Design and develop educational content that adheres to instructional design principles and company guidelines in the form of presentations, handouts, assessments, and tests.
• Collaborate with curriculum to understand learning objectives, content scope, and target audience for various courses.
• Ensure the quality control of the course materials for their grammatical accuracy, validity and reliability to the present context, and usability for the current user demographics according to the set content evaluation criteria.
• Work with educational technology tools and platforms to develop multimedia-rich content, such as videos, interactive quizzes, and presentations.
• Ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with established learning standards.
• Participate in content reviews and revisions based on feedback from upper management and educators.
• Contribute to the delivery of continuous professional development to his or her capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Literature, Chinese Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing high-quality language learning content, preferably in an e-learning or educational context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult and child learning theory, and curriculum development.
• Proficiency in utilizing content creation tools, digital media, and e-learning platforms.
• Keen attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest content standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
