Job Descriptions

  • Develop schemes of work & lesson plans align with curriculum objectives.
  • Teach Mandarin language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, using effective instructional strategies and materials.
  • Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students, and the organization of learning resources, also the classroom environment.
  • Develop and foster the appropriate skills & social abilities.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance language learning experiences and promote digital literacy.
  • Fluent in Mandarin both oral and written.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near-native level) and fluency in English.
  • Minimum one year of teaching experience in formal school with related subjects.
  • Familiar with Cambridge curriculum is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
