MANUFACTURING QUALITY CONTROLLER

Requirements:

• Min bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in a final inspection role in production environment
• Excellent organizational skills along with strong attention to details and time management
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others
• Excellent working knowledge of business English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001
• Team players and openness to change
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Quick learning capability
• Ownership, trustworthy, honest, responsible, precise, pro-active, team player, high awareness on quality

Responsibilities:

• To ensure goods are being released in compliance with the current specification and internal procedures timely
• Certify finished goods before release to customer, night shift/weekend work required according to the shipment plan
• Reject non-conforming goods following current procedure
• Prepare and release the inspection report with clear description of the defects found during the QC, and within agreed timelines
• Support company audit and answer questions related to batch release
• Perform quality inspection routinely on the shop floor as preventive measures
• Identify, investigate and report issues found in batch release and drive issue resolution
• Support quality investigation on product are required
• Carry out the daily 3M(Mixed-up/Mis-labelling/Mis-packaging) audit on line according to the checklist and share the findings to stakeholder and follow up the CAPA effect.
