Marketing Communication Executive

About The Role:
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote DOKU’s products, services, or brand. This role involves managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent campaign messaging across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and build merchant loyalty.
What Will You Do:
Plan, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns to support business goals, such as product promotions, merchant acquisition, and brand visibility, working closely with internal teams and agencies ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and objectives.
Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, serving as a brand ambassador to uphold DOKU's reputation.
Manage DOKU’s social media platforms by creating strategies to grow audiences, boost engagement, and maintain a positive online presence, while promptly responding to inquiries or feedback.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, understand merchant preferences, and assess competitor strategies, using insights to enhance marketing initiatives.
Organize and execute company events, product launches, and promotional activities, managing logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
Support public relations efforts by building relationships with media outlets, coordinating interviews, and drafting press releases to enhance DOKU’s visibility.
Minimum Qualifications: What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in the financial or technology sectors.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Public Relations are advantageous.
Soft Skill Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
Ability to interpret data and apply findings to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skill Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms.
