Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• No prior full-time experience required, but internships, part-time jobs, or volunteer work in marketing/communications are a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your writing, design, or social media projects (even if from academic assignments) is highly valued.

Skills & Competencies:

• Able to write clearly and speak confidently.
• Brings fresh ideas and a positive attitude.
• Familiar with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and how they work.
• Works well with others and is open to feedback.
• Pays attention to small details in content and tasks.
• Comfortable using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
• Highly motivated to develop new skills and knowledge in marketing.
