We are seeking a Marketing & Digital Specialist focused on customer outreach to engage with local parents and drive awareness for our platform through innovative marketing strategies.

Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Offline Marketing Activations:

• Plan and execute marketing activations at activity provider locations, engaging directly with local parents/community
• Collaborate with activity providers to create in-person events and promotions that highlight the benefits of our platform.

WhatsApp and Targeted Notifications:

• Manage the WhatsApp channel, sending personalized and timely notifications to parents about exclusive deals and offers.
• Segment the parent audience to deliver targeted communications based on their preferences and past behavior.

Bi-Weekly Newsletters:

• Create and distribute bi-weekly newsletters to parents, featuring special deals, new activity providers, and curated content.
• Analyze engagement metrics to refine content and increase conversion rates.

Digital Content Creator

Social Media Content Creation:

• ​​Research for TikTok content ideation.
• Develop engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms to raise awareness and attract parents to our application.
• Work with influencers or community figures to amplify the reach of campaigns and increase user engagement.
• Provide Inside for Weekly & Monthly evaluation
• Provide content ideas plan/ concept and copywriting each post
• Edit video or photo content before being uploaded.
• Traveling to our various activity provider locations to create original content.
• Update the spelling of algorithm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, customer outreach, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, and content creation.
• Experience organizing and managing offline marketing activations
• Experience in managing messaging platforms such as WhatsApp for business purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can managing the company’s Linkedin account.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in the parent/children’s activities sector
• Knowledge of offline event marketing and community engagement.
• Fluently in Bahasa and English is a must
