Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, create impactful promotional campaigns, and oversee our digital marketing efforts. Your leadership will play a key role in fostering brand loyalty and achieving our business objectives.

Job Description:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

- Identify target audiences and craft campaigns tailored to customer preferences and market trends.

- Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and advertising efforts.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, procurement) to align campaigns with company objectives.

- Oversee the brand’s online presence, including website management, social media platforms, and digital advertising initiatives.

- Develop and implement strategies for SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and other online tools to optimize engagement and lead generation.

- Provide regular performance reports to management, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay updated with market trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies proactively.

- Foster innovation within the team to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant in the market.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the F&B industry.

3. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, Google Analytics).

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

8. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

9.Willingness to travel for events and activations when necessary.
